Credit transfer and recognition
Recognition of learning outside the study program as course grades, through credit transfer or recognition.
Two recognition paths
Credit transfer
For off-campus programmes planned in advance, such as internships or independent studies. Students propose the activity and its conversion scheme before leaving, report during the activity, then request the grade conversion.
- Activity proposal and recommendation
- Course conversion scheme
- Reports during the activity
- Grade conversion request
Recognition
For activities already completed, such as research, organisational leadership, teaching assistance, or competition achievements. Students submit supporting documents, which are assessed with the rubric of the outside-programme course (MLPS).
- Activity completed
- Submission with documents
- Review and assessment
- Grade approval
Both paths end with a summary reported by the Curriculum Coordinator, approved by the Study Program Coordinator, and entered into the academic system.
Applications, documents, and assessment status are handled on the portal (sign in with your ITERA account).
Curriculum data is being prepared.
